"The only escape from the megalithic space prison was through a platform that lay far above them, in the tower of infinity which stretched up and up from the pinnacle of the ziggurat, acting as a barrier between this world
and the dimensional rift at the apex of the tower.
Reaching the exit would be no easy task. Standing between our hero and his salvation was an immense labyrinth, built millennia ago to keep the eldritch, demoniac drifters from the dimension beyond from creeping into our world.
Staircases into infinity gave way to dark chambers of unfathomable horrors. There, chimeric space beasts stalked the halls, with serpentine hisses and venomous claws. Hitting dead end after dead end and facing trials untold, he was filled with more strength and resolve than ever before. One after another, the beasts fell, howling at the final sting of his laser gun- but with the death-gasp of each haunting monstrosity came yet another fiend, flocking frantically towards the fearless patrolman, only to be stricken down in his sights. Incensed with the might of the fiery archangel below, he reached the final chamber of the tower of infinity.
The veil between worlds became thinner still, and apparitions of many-mouthed faces and eyes looking in every direction at once peered at him through transparent membranes of unseeable colors and unhearable sounds. Fearless, though trembling, he took his final steps past the rift-walker, and claimed his prize of fair passage, setting off for the green planet of Tunkasilan."

The flac version of this sounds great in my truck... not a crunch, clip or boom to be heard. That, in itself, gets this major points. This is a lovely combination of early Floyd, U2 and a few San Francisco bands from the '60s with a heavy dose of Helmet tossed in. It's definitely best of breed when it comes to modern psych stuff. Even without a Hammond B3, it gets an easy A+... rick-taylor
